Shipping within Australia 

    • Shipping is via Australia Post
    • Flat rate shipping of $10. Free Shipping for all orders over $100
    • Express shipping available for a flat rate of $20.00
    • All orders shipped from Melbourne, Victoria
    • Orders will be posted within 1-2 business days after payment has been received.
    • Generally, orders are received within 2-9 business days, depending on your location. Please contact Green Things if you have not received your items within 14 working days. 

    International Shipping

    International shipping rates are calculated by item weight. Please contact us to process an international order.

    Please note, shipping is not currently available to the UK.

    Packaging

    We care so much about minimizing our impact on the planet.

        • All our parcels are shipped to you in home-compostable parcel bags
        • Our business cards, flyers and printing paper all use 100% recycled paper
        • When sticky tape is used, this is compostable cello
        • The string used to tie up your order is compostable
        • Most products are packaging-free (no clear plastic bags)
        • If you want to know how a particular product comes packaged, please get in touch with us

      Returns Policy 

      We’re confident you will love our products as much as we do. We take care to check all products before dispatch. If you have received the wrong or damaged item, don’t hesitate to contact us to arrange a return and replacement at our cost.

      Returns for change of mind can be arranged. To be eligible for a change of mind return, items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 14 days of receiving them. 
      Due to the product’s intimate nature, we cannot refund any menstrual cloth pad items for change-of-mind returns.

      Please note the original shipping fee will not be refunded for change of mind. The customer is also responsible for the cost of return shipping. 

      If you need to return an item, please contact us to discuss details and obtain the address to return the items. 

      For faulty items, you must provide proof of purchase, describe the problem, provide evidence to support your claim, and indicate your preference for the repair, replacement, refund or store credit. Unfortunately, we cannot process any faulty refunds after 30 days of you receiving your goods

      Items are not eligible for return if the care advice has not been followed or the item has been misused.
