Shipping within Australia
- Shipping is via Australia Post
- Flat rate shipping of $10
- Express shipping available for a flat rate of $20.00
- All products ship from Langshaw (4570) in Queensland, Australia
- Local pickup available from Langshaw or Gympie QLD - please contact to arrange a suitable time and location for pickup (pick up from Gympie is generally only available 1-2 days per week)
- Orders will be sent out once payment has been received
- Generally, orders are received within 2-9 business days, depending on your location, please contact Green Things if you have not received your items within 14 working days.
International shipping rates are calculated by item weight. If you are experiencing difficulties with calculating international shipping via the website, please contact us to troubleshoot.
Please note, shipping is not currently available to the UK.
We care so much about minimizing our impact on the planet.
- All our parcels are shipped to you in home-compostable parcel bags
- My business cards, flyers and printing paper all use 100% recycled paper
- When sticky tape is used, this is compostable cello
- The string used to tie up your order is compostable
- Most products are packaging-free (no clear plastic bags)
- If you want to know how a particular product comes packaged, please contact me and I will let you know
I'm so confident that you will love our products as much as I do. I take care to check all products before dispatch.
If you have received the wrong item, or a damaged item, please contact me to arrange return and replacement of the item at my own cost.
Returns for change of mind can be arranged. To be eligible for a change of mind return, items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 14 days of receiving them. The original shipping fee will not be refunded. All orders include a $3 processing and handling fee. This will not be refunded for change of mind returns. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please contact me to discuss change of mind returns.
If you need to return an item, please contact me to discuss details and obtain the address to return the items to. You will need to provide proof of purchase, describe the problem, provide evidence to support your claim, and indicate your preference for repair of the item, replacement, refund or store credit.
Items are not eligible for return if the care advice has not been followed or the item has been misused.
